This chapter describes two research-action experiences that the authors have carried out over the last few years and which are linked to the themes of the Laboratorio del Cammino, as they frequently use the neighborhood walk technique as a tool for territorial knowledge and basis for a participatory planning of the neighborhood itself. The activities described stem from the many years of cooperation between the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo and the School Department of the Municipality of Palermo.
